Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use this website and when you ask Healing With India to help you arrange medical treatment in India. Please read them before you go ahead. By using our website or services, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

1. Who we are

Healing With India (“we”, “us”) is a medical travel facilitator based at Plot No 10-38, Near Dr BR Ambedkar Open University Road, Road No 76, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad 500033, Telangana, India. Email: care@healingwithindia.com. Phone and WhatsApp: +91 90320 43939.

2. What we do, and what we do not do

We help international patients arrange treatment at accredited hospitals in Hyderabad. This can include an initial call, having your medical reports reviewed by a specialist, a written estimate from the hospital, help with the visa invitation letter, airport pickup, accommodation, someone to accompany you in Hyderabad, and help with follow-up after you return home.

We are not a hospital or a healthcare provider. We do not diagnose, treat or give medical advice. Your treatment is provided by the hospital and doctors you choose, who are independently responsible for your medical care, for explaining its risks and benefits, and for asking for your informed consent. We do not guarantee the result of any treatment.

3. Not for emergencies

Our services are for planned treatment. If you have a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital.

4. Information on this website

The information on this website is general and is not medical advice. It cannot take your circumstances into account. Always talk to a qualified doctor about your condition. Any costs mentioned on this website are indicative only; the written estimate for your case is what counts.

5. Specialist review and estimates

  • A specialist’s review of your reports is a preliminary opinion based on the information you provide. It is not a diagnosis. Your treatment plan is confirmed only after the treating doctors have examined you in India.
  • Your written estimate covers the treatment plan it describes. If, after examining you, your doctors recommend a different or additional treatment, or you need to stay longer for medical reasons, the hospital will give you a revised estimate and ask for your agreement before going ahead.
  • Estimates depend on the information you give us. Please make it complete and accurate.

6. Our fees

The call, the specialist review and the estimate are free, and you owe us nothing if you decide not to go ahead. If you are treated at one of our partner hospitals, the hospital pays us a referral fee out of the treatment cost. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you pay the hospital, airlines, hotels and other providers directly.

7. Your responsibilities

  • Give us and the hospital full and accurate information about your health, medical history and medicines.
  • Have a valid passport and the right visa for treatment in India, and follow Indian law and the visa conditions during your stay.
  • Check with your insurer whether treatment abroad, complications and travel are covered. We recommend suitable travel and medical insurance.
  • Follow your doctors’ advice before, during and after treatment, including advice about when it is safe to fly.
  • Only share someone else’s information with us if they have agreed, or you are legally entitled to act for them.

8. Visas

We can help you obtain the hospital’s visa invitation letter and explain the process. Visas are granted by the Government of India, and we cannot guarantee that one will be issued or when.

9. Hospitals and other providers

Hospitals, doctors, hotels, airlines, transport companies, interpreters and other providers are independent of us and work under their own terms, including their payment, cancellation and refund policies. We choose them with care and will help you if something goes wrong, but we are not responsible for what they do or fail to do.

10. Changes and cancellations

You can change your mind at any time before treatment. As we charge you no fee, there is nothing to refund from us. Any refund of advance payments to a hospital, hotel or airline depends on that provider’s policy; we will help you understand it and ask for a refund where one is due. If a hospital or provider cancels or changes your arrangements, we will do our best to arrange a suitable alternative.

11. Our responsibility to you

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our failing to do so. We are not responsible for loss caused by hospitals, doctors or other independent providers, for the outcome of medical treatment, for events beyond our reasonable control, or for indirect loss such as lost income.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including any rights you have under the law of the country you live in.

12. Using this website

  • The text, design and logo on this website belong to Healing With India or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use.
  • Please do not misuse the website, for example by sending spam through our forms or trying to access areas that are not public.
  • We link to other websites, such as public accreditation registers, for your information. We are not responsible for their content.

13. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, please tell us at care@healingwithindia.com or on WhatsApp. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within one month.

14. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of that country, and may be able to bring a claim there.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you ask us to arrange your treatment applies to that treatment.
