Deciding to travel for treatment is frightening. You should not have to make that decision alone, and you should not have to make it on faith. Bring your reports and your questions, including the awkward ones.
On the call, Stacey will want to understand:
- your diagnosis or symptoms, and the treatment you have been advised or are considering
- which medical reports you already have, and which a specialist may still need
- your questions about the treatment, the hospital, the cost and the travel
- when you would hope to travel, and whether someone would come with you

You decide, in your own time
There is no deadline and no pressure. If you choose to go ahead, Stacey arranges your visa support, airport pickup and accommodation. In Hyderabad, your host on the ground is with you in person from arrival to departure, and Stacey stays in touch through your treatment and your follow-up at home.

What does it cost compared to home?
It depends on your case, which is why we work from your actual reports rather than advertising prices. After the specialist review you receive a written all-inclusive estimate.
Do I need a medical visa, and will you help me get one?
Most international patients travel on an Indian medical visa or e-Medical visa. Once your treatment plan is confirmed, we prepare the hospital’s invitation letter and guide you through the application step by step.

Your medical reports are personal. This is how they are handled.
- Seen by Stacey and your reviewers Your reports come to Stacey, not a call centre. He shares them only with the specialists reviewing your case, and only for that purpose.
- Stored encrypted Files you upload through the form are stored encrypted on our server and are never sent as email attachments.
- Deleted when you ask You can ask us to delete your reports at any time, by email or on WhatsApp. Our privacy policy explains how your data is handled.
- Share at your own pace You can talk to Stacey first and send reports later, through the form or on WhatsApp.
