Step-by-step process
1. General Anesthesia
The patient is placed under general anesthesia for complete safety and comfort.
2. Craniotomy and Exposure
A small opening is created in the skull to access the affected artery.
3. Aneurysm Identification
The neurosurgeon carefully identifies the aneurysm under high magnification.
4. Clip Placement
A small titanium clip is placed across the neck of the aneurysm to prevent blood flow into the bulge.
5. Blood Flow Verification

6. Closure and ICU Monitoring
The bone flap is replaced, and the patient is transferred to neuro ICU for close observation.
